Yoga Day Celebration

On 21/06/2022, the Collectorate North gathered at the Menezes Braganza hall at 09.00 a.m. to observe the 8th “International day of yoga”. The Collectorate team was headed by the Additional Collector-II, Shri Kedar Naik.
The team of Shree Dattapadmanabh Peeth Sadguru Yog Gurukul, Tapobhumi Goa was invited to demonstrate a few yoga assanas. The participants were educated about the benefits that they would receive if the assanas were done on a regular basis, simultaneously, while performing the yoga assanas.
The program concluded at 10.30 a.m.. The entire team walked out with positive energy flowing.
